Director of Talent and Organizational Development
Nikki leads our talent and organizational development team as we continue to create programs, initiatives and opportunities that inspire and nurture our employees. Responsibilities include creating sustainable learning and development solutions; cultivating company culture; employee retention; organizational development; professional development; and overseeing processes and procedures.
Nikki has over 10 years of experience in management and employee development. She is known to inspire and nurture employees as they grow and develop professionally. Throughout her career, Nikki has held a variety of leadership roles including Director of Organizational Development; Director of Client Services, Director of Corporate Development; and Quality Assurance Manager.
Nikki studied Business Administration at the University of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, and is an active member of the Realtors Association in North Carolina where she serves her community.
