Employee Spotlight: Nikki Reives

As one of Anomaly’s longest standing employees, Nikki started at Anomaly Squared back in March of 2012 as a Customer Service Representative. Five months later she was promoted to Quality Assurance Specialist, and in September of 2016 she was promoted again to Corporate Training Specialist when the opportunity for growth presented itself.

Contact Center Success means having Happy Contact Center Employees

There are a plethora of articles that can be found on the internet written about building successful contact centers. The question that needs more exploration is the one asked after the contact center is built. “How do you maintain that success and improve upon it?”  When you put your mind to it, it can prove to be a very challenging question.
